Returns & Exchanges

At CAP NYC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are shipped back in a protective box to maintain the structural integrity of the cap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent crushing, ensuring all original stickers and tags are attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our NYC warehouse.
